Always interested in new technologies, after the University of Bologna degree of Legal Data Processing Operator he worked as a consultant for both private and public bodies of different sizes in the field of data protection, information security and new technologies law.
Partner of the law firm Orlandi&Partners StudioLegale since 2011.

Expert of privacy and data protection he assists clients in the steps necessary to comply with privacy law, training the persons authorized to process personal data and carrying out internal audits.

He’s also a DPO (Data Protection Officer).
He gained experience in making technical feasibility studies that are prerequisites for Disaster Recovery Plans for several public bodies such as municipalities, provinces and regions.
Creator of e-learning products (FAD) on the protection of personal data, deployed by public and private bodies.
Contributes to creating software for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance.
