A subject matter such as privacy/data protection, interlaced with the turbolent development of new technologies often requires very dynamic tools – Vulnerability Assessment; DPIA; Penetration Test; Task Force specialized in data breach;; ecc
Nevertheless, several organizations require also more “traditional” forms of support, such as:
– legal opinions on specific issues in order to take knowingly a decision or start a process;
– reports and/or feasibility studies on existing or to be projects;
– annual or multi-annual, legal support, on demand, pre-quoted on the basis of a certain number of tokens available for the Client, with well-defined and granted SLAs
