Creator of e-learning products (FAD) on the protection of personal data
Contributes to creating software for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance.
Expert in the administrative liabilities of legal entities under Lgs. Decree no. 231/2001, in particular in relation to the creation and developing of MOGs (organizational, managerial and control models), he’s also a lecturer in seminars and conferences on the subject. Member of ODVs (supervisory bodies responsible for monitoring the MOGs compliance).
Consultant on public procurement and a trial lawyer before TARs (Regional Administrative Courts) and the Council of State.
